The health sector embraces a wide range of organisations operating within public and wider commercial markets. The NHS continues to experience reorganisation and new ways of working, including PCT divestments of provider services, partnering initiatives and joint ventures. Contracting, funding, estate development, ICT and medical equipment arrangements, procurement and risk management all have a major part to play in the delivery of healthcare in the UK within the prevailing policy framework. Our Health Team comprises lawyers with a track record in the sector with an appreciation of the policies and regulatory constraints which shape your services.
We understand that our advice has to take account of your specific sector issues, whether legislative or guidance. We have extensive experience of working with the NHS, as well as for clients involved in private health and social care services and those who are suppliers to the NHS. We deliver a partner-led, personal service to all our health clients and aim to bring real value to those operating within significant budgetary constraints.
