    • Chloe joined Birketts in September 2012 as a Trainee Solicitor. Having spent time in the Commercial Property team, the Planning and Environment team and the Property Litigation team, she qualified into the Planning and Environment team in March 2014. Chloe is based in our Ipswich office.

      Chloe has over ten years of planning experience, having previously worked as a planner at a local District Council and a London Borough. Chloe has a Masters in Town Planning and is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

      Chloe assists in all aspects of town and country planning law and has gained experience in acting for commercial developers, registered providers, local authorities and private clients in respect of the application process, section 106 obligations, planning appeals and judicial review proceedings.  Chloe has particular expertise in contentious planning including enforcement matters and has experience and an interest in the law relating to listed buildings and other heritage assets.

    • Having gained her Masters in Town Planning Chloe completed both her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course (with distinction) at BPP in London.

      Chloe has carried out pro-bono work with the Ipswich and Suffolk Council for Racial Equality providing legal advice on a range of issues at their Law Centre.
